as flexible as possible when putting the trips together, however we do
have some standard terms and conditions.

have to cancel the trip then you will receive 100% of the cost of your
trip back including the deposit.

COACH TRAVEL.

If you cancel up to 28 days prior to departure then you will receive the cost of your trip
back less the deposit.
-
However if you find someone to take your place
and they pay in full then we will issue a full refund.

We will not be held
responsible for any unruly behaviour on the trips and if you happen to
meet with the wrong side of the law, you must deal with this. We will
of course pass any messages onto friends and family.

responsibility, please make sure that you know the whereabouts of your
belongings at all times.
-
The coach will not wait.
It is your responsibility to arrive on time for departure both here in
the UK and aboard. The trips can not be held up as they are often run
on quite a tight schedule. If you have a genuine reason for running
late then phone either Simon or Rob on the mobile numbers given as soon
as you can and we will try and arrange something.

have been submitted to the airlines we can not issue a refund even if
we have someone to take your place.

taken out relevant travel insurance to cover your trip in the event you
are unable to make it.
-
The same conditions apply
as above regarding your luggage and you responsibility to be at the
airport and at the coach pick up points on time.
-
If the trip you have booked has a flight booked
through an ATOL agent, any claims against this flight would have
to be made against the relevant Atol holder. We will of course
help and act on your behalf where possible.
-
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the trip
goes ahead as planed we can not be held responsible for
circumstances beyond our control. i.e the airline goes under
etc.. however once again we will do all we can to fight on your
behalf.
-
We can also not be held responsible for missed
