Terms & Conditions

We have tried to be as flexible as possible when putting the trips together, however we do have some standard terms and conditions.

  • All deposits are non refundable regardless of when you cancel your trip, however should we have to cancel the trip then you will receive 100% of the cost of your trip back including the deposit.

  • FOR COACH TRAVEL.

  • If you cancel up to 28 days prior to departure then you will receive the cost of your trip back less the deposit.

  • However if you find someone to take your place and they pay in full then we will issue a full refund.

  • We will not be held responsible for any unruly behaviour on the trips and if you happen to meet with the wrong side of the law, you must deal with this. We will of course pass any messages onto friends and family.

  • Your property, your responsibility, please make sure that you know the whereabouts of your belongings at all times.

  • The coach will not wait. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for departure both here in the UK and aboard. The trips can not be held up as they are often run on quite a tight schedule. If you have a genuine reason for running late then phone either Simon or Rob on the mobile numbers given as soon as you can and we will try and arrange something.

 

  • FOR AIRLINE TRAVEL

  • For all trips organised involving air travel no refunds will be given unless we can resell your space, before passenger details have to submitted to the airlines.

  • Name changes can take place free of charge up until the submission date.

  • Once passenger details have been submitted to the airlines we can not issue a refund even if we have someone to take your place.

  • Please ensure you have taken out relevant travel insurance to cover your trip in the event you are unable to make it.

  • The same conditions apply as above regarding your luggage and you responsibility to be at the airport and at the coach pick up points on time.

  • If the trip you have booked has a flight booked through an ATOL agent, any claims against this flight would have to be made against the relevant Atol holder. We will of course help and act on your behalf where possible.

  • Whilst we make every effort to ensure the trip goes ahead as planed we can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. i.e the airline goes under etc.. however once again we will do all we can to fight on your behalf.

  • We can also not be held responsible for missed flights due drunkenness, unruly behaviour lateness etc... If you do miss your flight due to your own fault then you will have to make your own travel arrangements.

  • Flights and transfers: All our flights are operated by scheduled, low cost and charter airlines. Flight delays may occur and are beyond our control. We work closely with the Airline's  to ensure that any inconvenience caused is kept to a minimum. Flight timings quoted have been supplied to us by the Airline's and may be subject to alteration. Please check your airline tickets carefully. All timings shown are local.

 

  • GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • You are at all times responsible for your own behaviour, and whilst we all like to have a good time, We can not be held responsible for your actions whilst away or be held liable as a result of your actions.

  • ACCOMMODATION: The hotel grading outlined is represented from information that we have been given from suppliers and agents and to the best of our knowledge. The views expressed are subjective and should be treated as such. We cannot undertake to provide the same rooms as may be shown in photographs. Please remember that standards can vary between hotels of the same class in different countries, and even in the same country. Accommodation in all hotels, whatever the rating, is in standard rooms based on twins unless otherwise stated or requested.

  • HOTEL FACILITIES: Not all facilities identified in descriptions are free of charge. Please ask hotel reception for applicable charges of facilities prior to use. The availability of some facilities may be subject to weather conditions or time of the year.
    CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm with check-out times between 11am and 12 noon on the day of departure. In situations where you will arrive early or depart late EFT will endeavour to make arrangements for early check-in/late check-out, day rooms or luggage storage which are subject to availability and charge.
    PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH REGULATIONS: British Nationals should ensure that they have a valid ten year passport and which is valid for a further six months after your return. Some destinations require visas, details can be obtained from the destination embassy or ask us upon booking. It is your responsibility to consult with your medical advisor with regards to individual health requirements. Please refer to specific airline regulations for their policy regarding travel when pregnant.
    The Foreign and Commonwealth Office produces up-to-date information to assist British travellers to make informed decisions about travelling abroad. Further information can be found on their website www.fco.gov.uk/knowbeforeyougo.
    Airline regulations require women who are pregnant 28 weeks or more on the date of return travel to have a doctor’s certificate stating that they are fit to travel.

    DATA PROTECTION: In order to process and operate your booking it will be necessary to share some of the information that you provide to us with our agents, accommodation suppliers and airlines. We take all reasonable measures to protect the information that you provide to us. Information may also be passed to security or  public authorities such as customs/immigration if so required by them.

    THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS: Our third party suppliers have their own booking conditions and conditions of carriage. You will be bound by these, so far as the relevant supplier is concerned. Our suppliers’ conditions will also apply to your contract with us. In the event of any conflict between the suppliers’ conditions and our conditions the suppliers’ booking conditions will prevail, save to the extent that any term in the suppliers’ conditions is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable. In which event our conditions will prevail. Some of our suppliers’ conditions may limit or exclude our liability to you, and they are often subject to international conventions. Where relevant, copies of such conditions may be available for inspection at the office of the relevant supplier.

    ACCURACY OF OUR WEBSITE: All information on our website is to the best of our knowledge and belief correct at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to make changes to information contained within our website when they are known to us. We are sure you will understand that at times certain advertised facilities may not be in operation and we may have no information or prior warning of such matters.

    TICKETS: It is the responsibility of each passenger travelling to make arrangements for match tickets. EFT Ltd does not include match tickets.

 

  • REPRESENTATION. A EFT representative will meet you at your departure airport, will assist with your check-in and travel with you on your flight.  You will also be provided with a 24 hour emergency contact number. (Normally Simon for all of the above)

    DISABLED CLIENTS : EFT is happy to give you advice and to assist you in your requirements and will do everything possible to make additional arrangements suitable for you. However due to the nature of the destinations and properties that we are travelling to, many of which are outside the EU, please be aware that many lack even the simplest facilities such as ramps for wheelchairs, lifts, shower seats and grab bars. In order to assist we must at the time of booking be provided with full details in writing regarding your disability and any special requirements as a result of this.

     

  • BOOKING: If you wish to book with us, then simply let us know via Email or phone and we will be able to confirm your place there and then. Once your place is confirmed, the deposit is due within seven days unless agreed otherwise. Upon receipt of your deposit, confirmation will be sent to you in post along with details for the remaining balance. In parties of two or more persons the person who makes the booking accepts responsibility of making all payments to us for all members of the party and will receive from us all the documents and other information on behalf of their party.
    This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English Law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. You may however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you wish to do so.

  • Please also ensure that upon booking we are supplied with full names (as appears on your passport) for all the passengers, Address for the main contact, telephone number for every member of your party, and date of birth where possible.

  • We are not liable if the names supplied do not match the passport, as you will not be allowed to fly.
     

  • Finally have a good time and remember the passion that is ENGLAND.
